KPMG Ace the Case Program

Ace the Case involves a 2-day case writing workshop at a KPMG office near you. The workshop is designed to teach

you valuable tools, including how to plan, write, and debrief a case, which will help you succeed at school, in

competitions, and even later in your professional career. All this to determine the winning team that will attend the

global finals. These elements make Ace the Case truly a once in a lifetime opportunity!

The competition will have three levels. First, a regional competition with the top team from each session of Ace the

Case held locally moving on to compete against each other in the National finals. The winning team at the National

finals will be given the honour of representing Canada at the KPMG International Case Competition in Dubai, UAE

on April 11th-14th, 2016.

Our Ace the Case Program is run locally in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. Please apply to the local

program that is closest to your university location. You will be given the opportunity on the application to indicate your

office location preference for future employment.

Ace the Case in Vancouver will be hosted on January 29th and 30th 2016

Aside from being helpful to anyone in business, case-writing skills are even more important for aspiring Professional

Accountants, as they are crucial to success on the CFE, the toughest part of the process. Whether you are already a

skilled case writer, or have never written a case before, attending Ace the Case will give you the opportunity to see

first-hand what a winning CFE preparation course is like.

Ace the Case also provides a great opportunity to mix and mingle with some of our amazing KPMG people and learn

what makes us one of the leading professional services firms.
